About Pacifica Yoga
located in Pacifica, Pacifica Yoga offers Bikram Hot Yoga and other Hatha Yoga classes daily. The classes are for people of all levels of practice. We offer children's yoga and yoga for seniors. In addition to the Hatha yoga classes the school offers extended education workshops for students who are interested in learning about nutrition, cleansing, yoga philosphy and the chakra system. Posture clinics for arm balancing and other yoga postures are offered monthly. Pacifica Yoga invites guest teachers and speakers of yoga to come & share the knowledge and practices of yoga with its school community.
